Terms & Conditions

  • For Students - Only students with a valid university card are eligible for Speical Price. Additionally, registration forms must be completed, signed, and stamped by the respective university for acceptance. The workshop has a limited number of seats available for students, and confirmation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • For Professionals Working in SME's - Registration for professionals working in SME's will be considered only upon receipt of the duly filled, signed, and stamped registration form from their respective organizations. The workshop has a limited number of seats available for SME's professionals, and confirmation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Registration fees include access to all sessions based on the selected Registration Type.
  • Participants are responsible for covering any bank/wire transfer and withholding taxes or charges. Additionally, a 5% VAT will be applied.

  • Registrations will be confirmed only upon receipt of payment, which must be completed in full by January 25, 2024.
  • If payment is made within 10 days prior to the event, proof of payment or a credit card/letter of guarantee will be required.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after January 25, 2024, and participants are liable for 100% payment.
  • Refunds will not be processed for cancellations. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any errors in clarity.
